 How long does it take to setup my account?
  For security purposes, all orders are manually checked for fraud.Typically: - Shared accounts take 15mins - 6 hours minutes to set up. - Reseller accounts might take 1 or 2 hours longer to setup than a Shared account.
 Are your servers Unix / Linux, or Windows NT?
 All our Shared and Reseller servers run on CentOS Linux which is identical to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. We do not overload our servers and have a low domain to server ratio.

 Do you offer Telnet or SSH access?

 How do I get my Welcome Email?
  You will automatically receive a welcome letter when your account has been approved and created. This welcome letter contains your username, password and instructions on how to access your webspace and control panels.
 How do I publish or upload my website to the internet?
 The most common way of uploading files to your site's account is by using FTP. When you sign up you will be sent your FTP account and details that lets you access files in your account. You can then use a FTP too
